State Association Members
The Federation of Indian Valuers Associations (FIVA) is registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960, in Mysore, Karnataka, with the objective of uniting all State and Regional Valuer Associations under one umbrella for the welfare of valuers and to protect their rights and privileges across India. Any registered technical Valuer Association is eligible to become a Life Member, while unregistered associations may join as Associate Members of FIVA.
The founding team comprises leading valuers—one each from the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat, and New Delhi—who came together with the vision of establishing national unity among valuers. The current State Association Members include Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh, with more State Associations expected to join in the near future.
